• Avoid wearing makeup, perfumes, or chemical repellents that could affect the cenote ecosystem. You must take a shower before entering the first cenote.
• Stay on designated paths to prevent any incidents with local wildlife or flora.
• If you encounter any animals, do not touch, approach, or feed them, as they are in their natural habitat.
• Bring a credit card or cash to purchase photos from the tour.
• Children under 12 years old with a height above 1.40m must present identification to verify their age.
• For the zip-lining activity, a minimum height of 1.40m and a minimum weight of 40kg are required.
• Life jackets must be worn during all water activities.
• This tour is not recommended for individuals with heart, lung, spine problems, asthma, diabetes, hypertension, or for pregnant women or those who suspect they might be pregnant.
• Please note that cenotes are located deep within the jungle, so some roads to reach them are unpaved.
