Important Information:
- Children under 12 years with a height above 1.40m must present identification to verify their age.
- For the Toboganxote activity, each raft can carry a maximum of four people; the weight limit per raft is 320 kg, and the weight limit per person is 136 kg. The minimum height requirement is 1.30m. Helmets are mandatory, and participants must know how to swim.
- Closed-toe shoes are mandatory, and all personal items must be left behind. Only cameras secured to helmets may be used during activities.
- For the zip-line activity, the weight limit is 136 kg and the minimum weight is 40 kg. The waist harness circumference is 120 cm maximum, and 65 cm around each leg. Children must meet a minimum height of 1.10m for proper harness fitting; otherwise, for safety reasons, they will not be able to participate.
- For Amphibious Vehicles and Underground Expedition, the minimum height requirement is 1.10m. For Rafting and Swimming in the Stalactite River, the minimum height is 1m. For Hamacuatizaje, the minimum height is 1m, and the maximum weight is 136 kg.
